Overview

In 1398, when Taimur invaded Bharat, Delhi turned into a graveyard—lakhs of Hindus were slaughtered, temples reduced to ashes, and innocents dragged into slavery. But from the heart of Saharanpur rose a 20-year-old warrior, Rampyari Gurjar, who led 40,000 women warriors and united the communities of Meerut, Haridwar, and Garhwal in a fierce resistance.

Through guerrilla warfare, night raids, and unmatched courage, Rampyari and her army dealt blow after blow to the barbaric invader, forcing Taimur to flee Bharat—wounded, humiliated, and broken.

Yet, her name is missing from history books. Her story survives only in folk songs and oral traditions.
