Cancellation & Lock-In Policy

Thank you for choosing Prachyam. To ensure a consistent and uninterrupted viewing experience, we have implemented a lock-in policy for all subscription plans.


1. Lock-In Period


  • All subscription plans (Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly) are subject to a mandatory three (3) month lock-in period.

  • By subscribing, you agree that your subscription cannot be canceled or refunded within the first three (3) months from the start date.

  • During this lock-in period, the subscription will remain active and all applicable fees will be charged in accordance with the selected plan.

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew based on the selected plan unless canceled by sending us mail after the lock-in period.

  • Subscription cancellations must be submitted via email to namaste@prachyam.com.


2. Refund Policy


  • No partial or full refunds will be issued for cancellations made during the lock-in period.

3. Life Membership – No Cancellation / Non-Transferability


For Life Membership (both Life Member and Life Patron), there shall be no cancellation allowed under any circumstances. Life Membership is non-transferable — it cannot be assigned, sold or otherwise transferred to another person. Once purchased and accepted, the Life Membership shall remain valid for the original member only, and cannot be refunded, cancelled, or reassigned.
